Hints & strategie notes for this Deck

Al Schafer - Day 3 Worlds (16th seed)

0-2 vs James Hoskin, eliminated Round 1

Al's deck is a throwback to his successes in 2004 and 2005; relying on the Klingons for their skill busting abilities, as well as Gowron's unstops. Unfortunately, James' dilemmas often punished or denied the use of skills in mission attempts, while managing to stop Al long enough for his super-speedy Feds to zip past into the quarterfinals.

Al's dilemma pile did not include Aftereffects or Preventative Repercussions, and the deck in general was not prepared to face another deck full of 1-cost personnel. While his skill matrix was impressive (covering all skills in only seven personnel), Al's metagame call was questionable, especially after having James' decklist available to him the night before.
