So what if only a small number of Vidiians were ever seen on-screen? If their universals are going to have wide skill lists and dual personnel types, they won't need a large personnel base.

A rare goody for tougher dilemmas. Transporter Skill? Ever rarer and has fringe benefits such as working your Dominion ally's Invasive Transporters. Do I really have to sell you on Navigation's importance in this game? Thaden supplies all of these in one duplicatable package that can be played for free with The Vidiian Sodality
