Straight from the home office in beautiful Norfolk, Virginia, here are the top ten reasons to include Gorta in your deck.
10. He can report directly to most ships using Assign Support Personnel.
9. His "Yuta number" is the same as Koval's.
8. He can exploit a Worshiper.
7. He can pass In the Pale Moonlight and Lineup without even trying, as long as he isn't carrying a teddy bear.
6. He can help staff an ship, if you play Mask of Korgano on him.
5. If you Reflection Therapy his Greed to Astrophysics, he can pass Quantum Fissure singlehandedly (although then he can't exploit Worshipers any more).
4. He's almost never better-dressed than anyone for the 34th Rule of Acquisition (except mission specialists, of course).
3. It only takes ten copies of Gorta to solve Test Mission (five if Kukalaka present, but then he can't pass In the Pale Moonlight and Lineup any more).
2. He's a Dopterian, for crying out loud!
And the number 1 reason to include Gorta in your deck is (drumroll):
1. "Gorta" is "Atrog" spelled backward.
Combos:
- Gorta + any equipment card + Samaritan Snare: Do I really need to spell this one out for you?
- Gorta + Arandis + any Treachery personnel + Qualor II Rendezvous + Risa Shore Leave: Ditto.
