    - Mr. Scottimage (39 V 47) from The Cage The Cage

What could be better than a ship that can download its own matching commander? How about a ship that downloads its own complete staffing requirements? Better still, how about a ship that can download any of a truckload of personnel, including several different main characters?

We could only be talking about the Starship Enterprise (MM) Ð "no bloody A, B, C, or D." Report this ship that ushered in a new era of science fiction (for free at Deep Space Station K-7image!), and it can instantly download any Federation The Original Series icon personnel. This personnel can not only meet her staffing requirements, but can provide the skills needed to take on an important mission. Better still, you could save the download to use in a tight situation. It suspends play like all special download icons, so you could jump right in during the middle of a mission attempt and grab a personnel to reinforce a critical skill (or replace one just lost).

As attributes go, the 23rd-century Federation flagship is looking a bit dated by 24th-century standards. Fortunately, that's easy to fix, as several of the Original Series crew can boost those numbers to a more respectable level. As it should be, the Starship Enterprise can be an easy fit in any Federation deck.

    Combos:

    • Starship Enterprise + Captain Kirkimage + Captain's Logimage: The Enterprise downloads her captain, and he downloads the Captain's Logimage. The moment it hits the table, you could have a 6-8-9 ship.
    • Starship Enterprise + Lt. Siskoimage OR Lt. Daximage OR Lt. Bashirimage OR Ensign O'Brienimage: Although the "23rd century" versions of the DS9 crew cannot report normally to Sherman's Peakimage, the Enterprise can still download the Federation ones there.
    • Starship Enterprise + Crew Reassignmentimage: Nothing beats reporting "on the fly" to save yourself trips back to your facility for reinforcements.
