    Plays for free on your tribble group if your Barry Waddle at same location. (Unique.) When countdown expires, kills one personnel present (your choice). Once per turn, any player's personnel present who has any tricorder may "search" for Bomb: Shuffle Bomb into all your tribbles present (if any). That player randomly examines half of those cards (round up); Bomb is nullified if so examined.

    Characteristics: play for free / report for free.
    Requires: Tricorder.

    Your Barry Waddle must be at the same location as your tribble group to allow you to play this incident (not just to play it for free).

    This incident cannot be moved except as allowed by Trouble in the Transporters, even when Tribble cards from the tribble group where it is played are carried or beamed.

    Here's a special brand of treachery unique to Barry Waddleimage - stuffing a bomb into a Tribble. At any location where you have a group of tribbles and Barry Waddle, you can set a cute, but nasty trap. Three turns later, if the bomb has not been discovered, it kills any one personnel present of your choice.

    Although primarily a way of "getting back" at Captain Kirkimage in the Hero of the Empireimage mechanic, the Tribble Bomb can actually be used more generally. You could plant one on your opponent's facility or ship (perhaps amidst a crew trapped under the influence of Cytheriansimage), or on a mission he's likely to attempt. You could leave Mornimage a special gift on his stool in Quark's Barimage, or arrange for a terrible accident while Visiting the Cochrane Memorial. After all, small numbers of Tribbles can show up anywhere. Your Tribble Bomb can be close behind.

    Combos:

    • Tribble Bomb + Trouble in the Transporters: The Bomb can't normally be carried like a Tribble, but a little Trouble's the remedy for that. Your opponent will have a hard time escaping the Bomb when it follows him around.
    • Tribble Bomb + Disruptor Overloadimage: Even though tricorders have only a 50/50 chance of uncovering the Tribble Bomb amidst a pile of Tribbles, why take that chance?
