One of the smartest Ferengi you'll find, Tol is a huge asset to a space-oriented deck. His skills of Astrophysics and Stellar Cartography aren't too common among his affiliation - in fact, to find them in combination you'd have to turn to the non-aligned Dr. Reyga. Both skills, plus his SCIENCE classification, will also help you against a variety of evil dilemmas. You can top it all off with his Archaeology, which expands his usefulness to include several planet missions.
Combo:
- Tol + Study (fill in the blank): Tol provides at least one requirement for almost every mission starting with "Study." Of particular note are the 40-point Study Lonka Pulsar and universal Study Plasma Storm and Study Pulsar. Looks like a job for Bribery!
