    Personnel with two different personnel types are always good. When the two are as valuable as SECURITY and ENGINEER, that's even better. Not only does Morta bring you these two skills required by so many dilemmas, he also adds Computer Skill (invaluable with use of Access Denied on the rise) and Geology (needed by Seismic Quake and the popular Odo (DS9)'s "Cousin"). It's all topped off with a download of Prepare Assault Teams. Not only does this allow Morta to function as a leader in battle, it lets you quickly download a hand weapon to him (or any of your other crews or Away Teams).
