    This is your general Vulcan, Officer/Science, seen that before with pointy ears.  The interesting part of this card is the Special Download of a card.  She can save you a seed card if you don't want to seed an extra Q the Ref, or she can save you if you don't have a Q the Ref flipped at the wrong time, as she suspends play to bring one out.  "You go right on quoting regulations Lt."
