The Ferengi Rules of Acquisition

Ornate book of 285 sayings, attributed to Grand Nagus Gint, which guide Ferengi commerce. They're really only guidelines; calling them "rules" was just a clever marketing ploy.

Once each turn, you may place a card beneath draw deck from hand to draw a card (if your Ferengi is present) or to download a card to hand (if your Nagus is present).
