The devious Vedek Winnimage aspired to become Kai by any means. In The Dominion, she gets her wish. You the player get to reap the rewards. As a Kai, Winn retains her Treachery and Diplomacy skills. Her Leadership has now doubled to Leadership x2. She also gains the skill of Honor if The Emissaryimage is in play, expanding her usefulness to other deck types; although Treachery is actually called for more frequently than Honor on Bajoran missions, you may find Kai Winn a welcome addition to an Espionage deck.

Or a Treaty deck. And not coincidentally, Winn has one more skill that is a huge bonus to such a strategy. She has a special download of any Bajoran Treaty. Now you can use the Treaty: Bajoran/Klingonimage almost as easily as the seedable Federation version. Just use a station download to put Kai Winn in the Guest Quartersimage, and from there she can jump-start your alliance.

    Combo:

    • Kai Winn + Treaty: Bajoran/Dominionimage: Although this Treaty represents a non-agression pact between the two affiliations, it can become a great deal more in the game. Use Kai Winn to download it as quickly as possible, and your strong Resistance fighters (with their many bonuses) can easily fill the role of the Jem'Hadar in a truly effective Treaty pairing. No White necessary.
