Hints & strategie notes for this Deck

This is an updated version of my old deck, which was designed to minimize opponents mission points as much as possible. Card draw engine is Sherlock Holmes of course. Get more cards with Handshake or Kiva Fajo-Collector. Report each turn a cilvilian personnel via War Council.

Hirogen Hunt is the keycard (as usual if playing Hirogen) in this deck, it allowes you to:

    • report an Alpha Hirogen for free each turn,
    • or report Jetarn for free once per turn (instead of an Alpha Hirogen) once your Karr is in play,
    • download any Affiliation Hirogen ship into play instead of ANY card draw,
    • download Relics of the Chase, which allowes you to select an opposing personnel in play (your choice) and share ALL its skills with ALL your Affiliation Hirogen Anthropology personnels in play.

Get 40 points solving Salvage Operation with Idrin (or Penk & Hajur & any Engineer) and also 40 points solving Assist Cooperative with Seven of Nine (or One).

Dont' risk Mabus lightheaded, because of he's the only personnel for overcoming Executive Authorization and watch out for enough honor-skills each time you begin a space mission attempt to avoid Ankari "Spirits". Escape dangerous situations using the U.S.S. Dauntless' or Kes' special download.

If your opponent uses Horgh'an download Brunt via Writ of Accountability (and report him via Temporal Micro-Wormhole) and destroy it within it's third use. Use the second report action of your Temporal Micro-Wormhole to report for Dr. Telek R'Mor (adjust the lack of some skills in this deck).

When your opponent attempt his/her missions replace (via Beware of Q) the wall dilemmas with a Q-Flash if he/she is able to overcome them to easily. Doing this during an opposing Commandeering Attempt at Empok Nor is real fun! (You may seed Ferengi Infestation or Friendly Fire there during Dilemma Phase). If you have already captured a personnel by Impressive Trophies, your opponents gets -5 points via His Honor, The High Sheriff Of Nottingham

If your opponent is getting tired from collecting negative points , (s)he maybe get the idea to attack you. Offer him one of the small ships and place Mona Lisa on it for additional -25points.

If you would like to interact a little bit more with your opponent, you can use some "Royale Casino" related dilemmas instead of those listed here. You can also add Espionage: Romulan on Federation into the deck and steal opponents high point missions using Dr. Telek R'Mor.

In the majority of cases my opponents needed up to four or five missions to get 100 points while I was playing the previous version of this deck. The record holds a federation deck player, who risks everything and attempted a mission lightheaded with all personnels at once just before hands down. After a nice Q-Flash he gets -54points from that careless action ...
