    Bet you can't wait to see the Bajoran affiliation now! This first Bajoran personnel is a handy little roving Bajoran outpost that can help you get your personnel to where you need them quickly. The ability to bring a Bajoran into play wherever The Emissary is can be an incredibly powerful skill for a Bajoran deck, especially when you are far from your outpost or stuck behind something like a Q's Net (although his skill of Diplomacy will help to get around that).

    His first ability that gives all other Bajorans INTEGRITY +2 can be helpful in overcoming that pesky Q Dilemma as well as protecting your Bajorans from the occasional Firestorm. As for the downloadability of the Bajoran Wormhole and that funky Orb icon, well, you'll have to wait and see. Obviously The Emissary will get more powerful as time goes on.
